Deposit & Withdrawal

Not all deposited funds will appear in your account immediately. Some deposit methods will take longer to process while some are almost instantaneous. Please refer to the table above to see how long each mode of deposit takes.

Please give it up to 10 minutes for funds to appear in your account. If it takes longer than that, our customer service staff will be more than glad to help you track and ensure your funds have went through safely.

For international bank wire deposits, please allow 3-5 business days for funds to reflect in your DSC account. DSC does not charge for bank wire deposits but the sending and correspondent bank may charge according to their own fee structure.

Your funds are not held with DSC. All client money is managed in accordance with client money laws and kept separate from company funds. Client money is held in segregated Client Trust Accounts with either National Australia Bank (NAB) or Westpac bank.

Yes - if the bank account is in the same name as the account you have with DSC. If the name differs (eg. company name vs personal name), it cannot be done in accordance to strict Anti-Money Laundering policies.

We do not charge any fees/commission on deposits/withdrawals, however, you may be subject to fees from banks involved in the case of bank transfers. Please note that for e-wallets, there may be a fee for withdrawals, if you have not traded.

The recommended minimum amount is $500 USD equivalent but you can fund with as little as $100 in these currencies: EUR, GBP, USD, AUD, NZD

DSC clients benefit from some of the most competitive rates in the industry. For deposits from an external funding source (i.e., from your credit card to DSC account in another currency) and withdrawals to an external funding source ( i.e., from your DSC account to a credit card in another currency), funds will be converted as per the daily bank rate.

If you have made a withdrawal request via Bank Transfer and have not received your funds within 5 working days, please contact our Client Accounting Department at support@defistockchain.com , and we will provide you with a Swift Copy.
